We offer consultations on established gardens, pre-design ideas and technical construction requirements.

Design

Our design process starts with a site visit and client meeting. A design proposal is then written stating all of the design considerations discussed in the meeting. Upon approval, photography, measurements and site analysis are undertaken to create a base map of the property. The preliminary design is then created, followed by various reviews and discussions to finalize and ensure it fully reflects the clients' vision. The design is completed with a plant specification list and any other specifications necessary for the total project. Following approval, a full construction proposal within the budget guidelines is prepared, including all of the construction phases and timelines

Landscape & Swimming Pool Construction/Installation

Upon approval of the landscape contract and receipt of the permit, the construction begins. Our clients are kept informed of the project details every step of the way. We are very careful to clean up every day, maintain a safe work environment for ourselves and our clients, and ensure that there is a foreman on site every day to handle any issues and ensure an efficient installation. Payment is due in increments based on milestones completed.

Follow Up Care

Following the installation of your new landscape, Dream Home Gardens will provide recommendations for maintenance providers. We will work closely with our client's maintenance crew to ensure that the landscape is properly maintained, including pruning techniques, irrigation enhancements as the plants and trees grow, irrigation settings, hardscape sealants, etc.
